A lover of drawing and detail, a lover of happy accidents, and an enthusiast in finding the silver lining in almost anything to survive life and maybe be lucky enough to thrive in life also, this work was born. With a deadline soon approaching in October of 2023 I was in need of a body of work and as an artist who was going through the biggest creative dry spell of their life, I decided to remember what Rick Ruben said in his life-changing book - The Creative Act. Throw all limitations out the window and remember to create for me and only me. The viewer comes last, always. So this artwork is me having another crack at thriving in life once again. So enjoy, because I sure as hell did.
