This lino block is referring to the multiple plains of reality we experience and crossing through them can be a difficult journey, not always to a greater personal realisation or existence. But growing and crossing these boundaries are a necessary part of being human. I chose relief printing as my medium for this piece as it’s rich history in making information more accessible for the people, be it educational, promotional or propaganda.
